How do I know which coaching offer is right for me?

If you're not sure which coaching programme is best for you, get in touch and we'll book in a discovery call to talk it all through and figure out which the best option is for you right now.

Can I reschedule if something comes up?

Yes! Life happens. Always happy to reschedule if you find you can't make it.

Can I start with a Strategy Session and then upgrade to a longer package?

Absolutely. If we work well together and you want more support, you can put the cost of your Strategy Session toward a longer-term package.

What kind of support is included between sessions in the longer-term packages?

For both the Kickstarter and Big Coaching Journey, you’ll get voice note and written WhatsApp support between sessions - so you can stay connected, get feedback when needed, and keep up your momentum without feeling alone. And if you don't like using Whatsapp, we can do it via email.
