How It Works

I'll send you questions and exercises to fill in before the session itself so that the work will have begun before the session has even started

BEFORE THE SESSION

The session is 1 hour and 30 minutes and happens on Zoom with the option for you to record the session if you want

THE SESSION ITSELF

You'll go away from the session wth a clear vision and action plan that you can get started on straight away.

AFTER THE SESSION
