We don't all burn out in the same way — and understanding how you personally burn out is the key to making sure it never happens again. In this workshop I take teams through my signature Burnout Archetypes framework, first introduced in my book Burnt Out. Every participant also gets access to my Burnout Archetypes quiz and a personalised report with tailored strategies for thriving — a toolkit they'll come back to long after the session ends.
Unlocking Your Five Energy Zones
Energy is your most precious resource - and most of us are unknowingly leaking it every single day.
In this workshop I introduce teams to my Five Energy Zones framework — the system at the heart of my Time to Thrive journal. Participants discover which of their energy zones are currently running low and leave with a clear, personalised action plan for recharging their batteries and showing up as the best, most energised version of themselves.
The session pairs beautifully with the Time to Thrive journal, available as an add-on for your team.
